8 Romantic movies to watch on Netflix this Valentine’s Day

As I have gotten older the idea of just staying inside and snuggling on the couch with a good movie for Valentine’s Day seems so much nicer than dressing up and going out sometimes. Heck last year we went out for dinner and it was so incredibly cold outside and I remember wishing we would have just stayed in that day. So I dug up some of my favorite romance movies to watch that evening on Netflix.

Adventureland
In the summer of 1987, a college graduate takes a ‘nowhere’ job at his local amusement park, only to find it’s the perfect course to get him prepared for the real world.

Punch Drunk Love
A psychologically troubled novelty supplier is nudged towards a romance with an English woman, all the while being extorted by a phone-sex line run by a crooked mattress salesman, and purchasing stunning amounts of pudding.

Silver Linings Playbook
After a stint in a mental institution, former teacher Pat Solitano moves back in with his parents and tries to reconcile with his ex-wife. Things get more challenging when Pat meets Tiffany, a mysterious girl with problems of her own.

Clueless
A rich high school student tries to boost a new pupil’s popularity, but reckons without affairs of the heart getting in the way.

Hitch
While helping his latest client woo the fine lady of his dreams, a professional “date doctor” finds that his game doesn’t quite work on the gossip columnist with whom he’s smitten.

50 First Dates
Henry Roth is a man afraid of commitment up until he meets the beautiful Lucy. They hit it off and Henry think he’s finally found the girl of his dreams, until he discovers she has short-term memory loss and forgets him the very next day.

Maid in Manhattan
A senatorial candidate falls for a hotel maid, thinking she is a socialite when he sees her trying on a wealthy woman’s dress.

Ghost
