I fell off the meal planning for about a week but Im back and at it full swing! It turns out that actually planning meals really makes us eat a little better.
M. Cabbage soup
T. Chicken & broccoli teriyaki with rice
W. Shepherds pie & salad
T. Spaghetti, salad & garlic bread
F. Tortilla flatbread pizza
S. Vegetable soup
S. Tuna Casserole & green beans
I have decided to start planning the side items that will go with my main dish at dinner, I think this will help me make healthier options. If I can continue doing this successfully then I will go ahead and start planning our desserts too because this would also probably help me make healthier dessert options as well!
