About the pizzas

Blaze Pizza uses an interactive ordering format that allows guest to create their own custom artisanal pizzas at lightening speed- each for under $8 (WOW!). The generously sized personalizes are then sent to a blazing hot open-flame over where dedicated pizza smiths ensure that the thin-crust pies are “fast-fire’d”in less than 180 seconds. Each restaurant makes their pizza dough from scratch using a recipe developed by a critically -acclaimed Executive Chef Brad Kent, which requires a 24 hour fermentation period to produce his signature light as air, crisp crust. The restaurant also accommodates a range of dierarty needs with a gluten free dough and vegan cheese option. They also offer a selection of wine and craft beer.
