I came across this recipe for 15 minute breakfast pizza by Born Free and decided to give it a try. Partly because it looked delicious but mostly because John has been bugging me for years (literally) to make him breakfast pizza. I guess I was always under the impression that it would be difficult to make, I couldn’t have been more wrong.
I changed a few things from the recipe, but nothing major. I ended up making my own pizza crust (Jiffy mix, my favorite pizza crust) and I also ended up using turkey bacon as the meat. My pizza did take a little longer because I had to let the pizza dough sit for a little while and then I had to precook my crust, the recipe was still totally do able! I swear the pizza lasted all of 2 minutes. Actually, I even ate some of it even though I don’t like eggs. The kids have already asked me to make this for breakfast on their first day of school! Which makes me wonder how this freezes. Thoughts?
