Menu Plan Monday 4/1

Monday: Pot pies and rolls

Tuesday: Spaghetti, salad and garlic bread

Wednesday: Build your own nachos

Thursday: BBQ chicken, green beans and mac n cheese

Friday: Pizza

Saturday: left overs

Sunday: Grilled pork chops, corn, and green beans.

Im feeling much more adventurous about the meals that I am making after that challenge. I always considered myself very open on the food that I eat,  until I really got to thinking that there really is a lot of foods that I have never eaten. I think that I am going to sit down and make a list of foods that I have never tried, and just start knocking them off of there.

Maybe even sushi, maybe.
