48 Facts About Me

I saw this over at A Hen’s Nest and thought I would snag it!  Plus, its been about a since I have done one of these.

1. WERE YOU NAMED AFTER ANYONE?
I was named after my “Dad” (one of these days I will get around to why I put quotations around Dad, but today is not that day). His name was Stephen, and thats how I ended up being Stephanie. My middle name is Lynne, not named after anyone I think my Mom just liked how it sounded.

2. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CRIED?
Last week whenever I went to the doctor and got the results that told me they still have NO idea whats causing my constant dizziness.

3. DO YOU LIKE YOUR HANDWRITING?
Its okay. My hand writing is a mix of cursive and print, and kind of comes out as a jumbled mess. I figure its not that big of a deal though because 99.9% of my writing is done on a computer anyways, so no one really gets to see it.

4. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE LUNCH MEAT?
Turkey for sure. I think I could probably eat turkey sandwiches every single day.

5. DO YOU HAVE KIDS?
Three. Chandler is 12, Ethan is 11, and Jayde is 10.

6. IF YOU WERE ANOTHER PERSON, WOULD YOU BE FRIENDS WITH YOU?
Maybe. Im fairly quiet, though I am very helpful / loyal unless you do me wrong, then thats another story all together.

7. DO YOU USE SARCASM A LOT?
Yep. But apparently I overuse it because even my husband cant tell whenever I am being sarcastic. Either that or I suck at sarcasm.

8. DO YOU STILL HAVE YOUR TONSILS?
Sure do.

9. WOULD YOU BUNGEE JUMP?
Nope. No way. Every time I hear “bungee jump” I think of that video I saw one time where a guy was bungee jumping and his cord broke.

10. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CEREAL?
Its hard for me to pick just one because I love cereal so much. My current favorite is Honey Bunches of Oats Tropical Blends, so delicious!

11. DO YOU UNTIE YOUR SHOES WHEN YOU TAKE THEM OFF?
I rarely wear shoes that tie, I either wear slip on ballet type shoes, boots or flip flips (weather permitting). On the rare occasion that I do wear shoes with laces I never untie them.

12. DO YOU THINK YOU ARE STRONG?
Physically, I could be better. Emotionally, I have been through more than I should have and I am still standing so I would think I am sort of strong.

13. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE ICE CREAM?
Cookies and cream. Mmm Mmmm.

14. WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU NOTICE ABOUT PEOPLE?
What they are wearing. Ugh, that sounds so lame, but its true.

15. RED OR PINK?
Depends on what it for. My kitchen, RED. My clothes, PINK.

16. WHAT IS THE LEAST FAVORITE THING ABOUT YOURSELF?
Probably the fact that I cant go out and do things, because of this dang dizziness and anxiety. Though I hope Im able to change this very soon.

17. WHO DO YOU MISS THE MOST?
My Mom. Every single day. Since she was my only parent I am finding it incredibly hard to deal with even though its been over a year now.

18. WHAT IS THE TECHNIQUE THAT YOU NEED TO WORK ON THE MOST?
I need to work on my motivation. I need to get back out there working out. It was hard work, but it felt so good to do!

19. WHAT COLOR SHOES ARE YOU WEARING?
Im not wearing any. Actually as I am typing this Jayde is painting my toenails. She got some candy scented nail polish for christmas and every since she has wanted to paint my nails. I finally caved.

20. WHAT WAS THE LAST THING YOU ATE?
A piece of Ethans birthday cake from last night. I have a killer cold, and I am lacking the energy to actually make something to eat.

21. WHAT ARE YOU LISTENING TO RIGHT NOW?
Okay quick disclosure: I HATE country music. Except this song. Im listening to Blown Away from Carrie Underwood. Love this song.

22. IF YOU WERE A CRAYON, WHAT COLOR WOULD YOU BE?
Hmm. Im not sure how I could gauge myself with a crayon color. But I guess it would be purple because at least 45% of my wardrobe is purple.

23. FAVORITE SMELLS?
My husband (he ALWAYS smells nice). Fresh cut grass (even though it makes me sneeze). Anything vanilla flavored.

24. HOW IMPORTANT ARE YOUR POLITICAL VIEWS TO YOU?
Im not super into politics, though you will see me pushing causes every so often.

25. MOUNTAIN HIDEAWAY OR BEACH HOUSE?
I wanted to say Mountain hideaway, but my first thought was: Can I get internet up there? I think I will stick with Beach house since I need my internets.

26. FAVORITE SPORTS TO WATCH?
I am not a huge sports fan. If I had to choose though, it would be football.

27. HAIR COLOR?
Dark brown on top with pink underneath.

28. EYE COLOR?
Light blue

29. DO YOU WEAR CONTACTS?
Yes, daily. I also have glasses but I only wear them at night because my vision is so bad.

30. FAVORITE FOOD?
I cant pick just one, so I will list a few. Avocados, chocolate, black beans, tacos, grilled burgers.

31. SCARY MOVIES OR HAPPY ENDINGS?
Scary Movies! I love a good scary movie.

32. LAST MOVIE YOU WATCHED?
Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Dog Days. Can you tell Im a mom? lol!

33. WHAT COLOR SHIRT ARE YOU WEARING?
A black tank top. I will put on a real shirt once I get ready to go out.

34. SUMMER OR WINTER?
I lived in a almost constant summer time, growing up in Florida. So Id love for it to be winter all year! Plus I look super cute in winter clothes.

35. FAVORITE DESSERT?
Oreo cookies.

36. STRENGTH TRAINING OR CARDIO?
Cardio.

37. COMPUTER OR TELEVISION?
Really? Of course I choose computer. I could go without never watching tv again and be totally happy.

38. WHAT BOOK ARE YOU READING NOW?
Warm Bodies. Yes, I know I have been reading this for like a month, but the kids keep snagging it from me.

39. WHAT IS ON YOUR MOUSE PAD?
I actually dont use a mouse pad. I just stick my magic mouse in my desk drawer and go.

40. FAVORITE SOUND?
The sound of NOTHING. I love a little quiet time.

41. FAVORITE GENRE OF MUSIC?
Well, I would have said anything and everything except country. But I guess I kind of like country too because I have been rocking this Carrie Underwood song for days.

42. WHAT IS THE FARTHEST YOU HAVE BEEN FROM HOME?
Cincinnati. I really havent travel a lot.

43. DO YOU HAVE A SPECIAL TALENT?
I can do this weird thing with my tongue. Maybe I will record it one day… or not.

44. WHERE WERE YOU BORN?
Jacksonville Florida.

45. WHERE ARE YOU LIVING NOW?
Louisville Kentucky.

46. WHAT COLOR IS YOUR HOUSE?
Baby blue, with white trim and a red door. Not my choice though, we rent.

Baby Blue. Okay, that is a total coincidence.
