Well, its official I have fallen head first off of the healthy eating train. I cannot pinpoint the moment that it happened, but sometime over the last month I have picked up some of my old eating/living habits. From eating more junk to just overeating in general to just not getting up and being more active. I have completely quit walking daily like I had been doing.
Luckily though I have not completely fallen off of the train, I still have a burning urge to be healthy. I miss the energy that I had whenever I was eating healthier. I miss the satisfaction I felt after eating a meal, and not overeating to the point where I felt full. Most of all though I miss my jeans being loose. Luckily since I havent fallen fully my “skinny” jeans still fit, and since I have caught it fast enough I won’t let myself get discouraged. I am getting my butt back into gear. I am sick of feeling jealousy whenever I see someone jogging on the side of the road. I was SO close to being in shape enough to jog without feeling serious pain. The few times I was able to jog, it was amazing. I will get back on track, starting…. NOW!
So on that note, here is my menu this week.

Tuesday: Meatloaf, rice, corn, and green beans
Wednesday: Tuna Melts, pickles, and chips

I have done this soooo many times. The sooner you stop the ‘decline’ the better. I have not been so quick to get back on the healthy train like you are doing. Give yourself a big pat on the back for your quick, positive turnaround!!! Hope your week is absolutely fabulous…and healthy!

Thanks! I knew if I let it get any worse there might not be any turning back!
