I know I mentioned in a previous post about my kids “addiction” to social gaming, and I thought I would also take a moment to highlight some of the benefits of gaming, especially after reading a few articles on the subject. Ive noticed that gaming gives them a great creative outlet, from building food to building entire worlds on games. Gaming can be a huge outlet for creativity! Zings are easy to navigate through their environment simple by using your left and right arrow and your spacebar, easy enough that I could even use it (which is saying a lot because I am terrible at gaming).Zings can even play exciting challenges from many fun hosts,  make new friends (in a safe/controlled setting), and even win awesome prizes that can be sent back to your “home” so that you can  create a special Amazing World of your own! Talk about limitless possibilities! With a Free account you can do all kinds of fun stuff, but you wont get full access without a subscription. Some limits of a free account are:  a maximum level cap at level 20, You can only have 4 friends on your friends list, access to only 4 Amazing World hosts, and limited items.

If you want even more features you can even get a full membership that are on a subscription basis. The full membership has three options, 3 months for $23.85 (thats $7.95 a month) 6 months for $39.90 ($6.65 a month) and the best deal coming it at 1 year for $60.00 ($5.00 a month). Im sure you’re  wondering what exactly a full membership gets you, well Ill tell you.

To make Amazing World even more fun, how great is it that you can get a Zing to have in real life? You can fin Amazing World plush toys and figures (your Zings!) at a store near you. That will allow you to play with your favortie Zings in real life too! I know my kids love games that have items that can be used in “real life” to continue playing the game even when they are not around the computer. This is a good way to “limit” their computer use, but without making them quit the game completely.
