You guys know Im on a “diet”, and I have been using MyFitnessPal to help me keep up with the foods I eat. Im finding that I am much more aware of my calorie intake if I keep track of it. Turns out that some things that I eat thinking that they are healthy turn out to have a crazy amount of calories.
