I came across this pin on Pinterest, and it really got me thinking that I should do something like this for the kids last day of school. I mean seriously how cool would it have been to come home from the last day of school and run through a bit freaking banner? Awesome.
At dinner the other night Ethan reminded us that there was 2 days left of Spring break and 45 days (weekends included) until Summer. Yes. 45 days. Im not sure if Im excited because I can finally sleep in (think 10 am) or if Im terrified because it could be non stop fighting and non stop “Mooom, Im bored”. Or, it could be the most epic Summer yet. Right? Could happen. So Im thinking we start it off with this awesome banner and proceed to have a afternoon of awesomeness, followed by a night of awesomeness. Then of course followed by an entire Summer of awesomeness.
This is super important because my kids are in 4th and 3rd grade? Know what that means? For my boys this will probably be the last summer that its even relatively cool to hang out with their mom. Now Ive figured out the goal, I need some really great things to do to make this summer really epic. Ideas?
