During the weekdays I often find myself falling back on “easy meals” like spaghetti and tacos, because well its easy and time is often limited on school nights. And my variety of meals is even further limited by my husband being a SUPER picky eater (he pretty much eats nothing but meat and grains). We usually have Hamburger Helper twice a week. I like them all but I think cheeseburger mac is my favorite.
