Tonight in a effort to please my taco loving family and to mix things up a little bit I made tacos, with a little twist. It was a big hit with my bunch. So much that Jayde at seven of them. SEVEN! Jaydes the one who hardly eats a third of her dinner, and she was shoveling them in like it was going out of style. I thought it was only fair to share the recipe, because it was good, and EASY.

Heres what you need:
1 pound of ground beef (or turkey)
1 box of jumbo shells
1/2 package of shredded cheese
1 cup salsa
1 package of taco seasoning
1 teaspoon hot mexican style chill pepper (optional)
Heres what you do:
-Preheat your oven to 350.
-Cook the noodles according to the package.
-Cook the ground beed (or turkey) thoroughly, then add the taco seasoning and hot mexican style chili pepper.
-Spray a cookie sheet with PAM and line your cooked jumbo shells on the cookie sheet.
-Stuff each shell with (in this order) beef, small spoon fills of salsa, then cheese. I topped mine with a little extra taco seasoning.
-Cook for 5 minutes at 350 or until cheese is melted.
I added sour cream, and John added hot sauce. Other possible add ins, jalapeƱos, green onions, onions, guacamole, banana peppers, well you get the idea, lots of possibilities.
